To the Balinese people Mount Batur is one of the most sacred places on the whole island. It is wonderful to see the 5633 feet high active volcano with Crater Lake. The place is not only known for its active volcano but is immensely beautiful as well. The lake Batur or the Crater Lake is one of the most amazing sightseeing spots. The might of the active volcano is such that it takes breaths away of the tourists. The Balinese art is world famous for its beauty and fineness. The best place to explore the best art and architecture is the Puri Lukisan Museum. This place is wonderful for not just housing the number of artifacts but also for mirroring the culture of Bali. A number of rare art forms are stored in this museum. Bedugal offers the gateway to several mountains. Tourists can catch an impressive view of the mountain range from here. It houses the famous temple called Pura Ulun Danu Bratan.

Departure New Delhi-Arrive Lansdowne Uttarakhand Approx Distance 250 KM /7 hrs Drive. Afternoon Visit to Lansdowne town
Our Tour Director will be there to receive the guest at Delhi Airport. Drive to Lansdowne Uttrakhand. The Uttarakhand experience might leave you stranded for words, when someone asks you to define the simple word ‘beauty’. Beauty is so inherent to almost all things Uttarakhand stands for – the magnanimous Himalayas, the holiest of the rivers, stunning landscapes, the incessantly colourful play of nature, enchanting history carved in ancient stones, a mesmerizing floral and faunal plethora and the simplest of the people. Afternoon visit to Lansdowne town. The beautiful town of Lansdowne is situated at an elevation of 1780 m above sea level. It is surrounded by thick oak and blue pine forests offering great mountain views. Lansdowne was originally a popular hill station from the time of Britishers. Attracted by its healthy climate and natural beauty, they established a cantonment here. It was founded by the, then Viceroy Lord Lansdowne in 1887 AD. Thus the place has been named after him. The famous Garhwal Rifles of the Indian Army has its command office here. Overnight stay at Lansdowne Hotel.

Departure –Lansdowne –Arrive Jukniya Eco Village Approx Distance 60 KM/3-4 hrs
En-route visit to Tarkeshwar Mahadev and Rikhnikhal Eco Village
After breakfast check out and drive to the Jukniya Eco Village at Garhwal Uttrakhand. En-route visit to Tadkeshwar Mahadev. The temple is surrounded by dense deodar, blue pine forests and oak trees. It is situated at a height of 2092 meters. We can virtually feel, touch, hear and smell the nature at its best. It is not like any other temple of World, there is no human intervention, no shops or commercialization in and around the temple. The most striking feature of the temple is this particular Deodar tree which stand just behind the main temple, usually and almost all the deodar trees are single stem trees which grow vertically straight, but mysteriously this particular tree has three stems forming a Holy Trishul (Trident), it is said to be so, as this is a temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and Trishul is his weapon. The exotic Flora and fauna, the variety of birds chirping, the wild life, one can actually hear the nature song, the beauty of the place is it is yet to be explored and this has saved it from being exploited.
Pass the Rikhnikhal Village. Little before sunrise, you can experience the most beautiful sunrise. The majestic Himalayas starting from Himachal Pradesh, the Yamunoutri peaks, the Gangoutri peaks, the Chaukhamba, Nandadevi and Trishul can be seen depending on weather. Interaction with the villagers. Involve their routine activity. 06 Km trekking .Hot Lunch at River side. Evening Haldihaath Gala Dinner with Local folk music
Hands on experience of village life through involvement in various activities like milking the cow, working in the field, tending animals, grass cutting, wild honey hunting etc. This unique bio tourism initiative endeavours to leave visitors with a greater understanding of the village life and livelihood, nature, rural realities and need to protect what we have left of our wilderness and to encourage people to support Organic projects. It caters the travellers with special interests who prefer to be part of the real environment of a place and want to learn more about the authentic natural, cultural and historical aspects of the locality they are visiting.
Afternoon proceed to 06 KM river side Trekking. Uttarakhand is the first name that comes on the mouth of all the adventurers looking for treks. The treks of Uttaranchal are capable of entertaining both amateur and professional trekker as well. People from around the world visit Uttarakhand for trekking

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 30 Days prior to check in : 25% charges of the reservation amount.
- 15 Days and after : 50% charges of the reservation amount.
- 7 Days and after : Full retention of the reservation amount.
REFUND
The company reserves the right to determine the quantum of refund payable in case of cancellation or amendment of a Tour due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure. Such refund would be based on various factors like the number of participants, the cancellation policies of suppliers like hoteliers, airlines, coach operators, etc. and the decision of the company on the quantum of refund shall be final. Even in case of tour for which the payment was made in foreign currency with or without part payment in Indian rupees, the said refund shall be made only in Indian rupees at the prevailing buying rate of exchange on the date of refund as per existing Rules & Regulations.

VALDITY OF THE RATES & SERVICES
- Prices quoted are indicative and subject to availability at the time to of booking. Government Service tax of 3.09% is chargeable extra applicable at the time of billing.
- There may be an additional charge for hours outside nominal service. This will be confined at time of booking.
- We reserve the right to change the rates at any time, even after bookings have been made and confirmed as a result of changes in government taxes or other matters outside our control, such as currency fluctuations or if the hotels disagree to honor the contracted rates during trade fair periods/ peak period. Any increase in rates as a result of currency fluctuations in respect of existing bookings shall only be made where the currency fluctuation exceeds 3%.
- During the Christmas & New Year periods (24th December to 1stJanuary) and public holidays, prices may be subject to a supplement. Any such additional prices will be confirmed to you at the time of our confirmation.
- All the bookings are NON TRANSFERABLE to the family members/friends/colleagues in case you change/cancel your travel plans due to any reason. Fresh booking will be done in case your family member/friends/colleagues wish to travel on that particular day/period.
OUR SCOPE OF ACTIVTY
We are travel and holiday organizers only. We inspect and select the services to be provided to you. However, we do not own, operate or control any airline, shipping, company, coach or coach company, hotel, transport, restaurant, kitchen caravan or any other facility or provider that is engaged to provide you services during the course of your tour. Therefore, please carefully note that:
- You will need to adhere to the conditions, rules and regulations of each service provider. For instance, you will need to check the baggage rules of the airline to under and what kind of baggage and how much baggage you can carry. You will need to check the hotel rules to check what the mealtimes are, at which you should make yourself available. The company is not responsible for the consequences if you breach such rules and regulations;
- If you cause any injury or damage affecting the service provider, then you may be liable to the service provider and if the service provider recovers any money from us for such injury or damages, we shall separately charge you for the same;
- We cannot be held responsible for any delay, diffidence, injury, death, loss or damage occasioned due to act or default of such service providers, their employees or agents.
CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL
- The Client would have to strictly follow the tour program. In case a client along with his companions is compelled to discontinue the tour due to any reason whatsoever including injury, illness, death or loss of passport or any travel documents, no claim shall be entertained for refund of money paid for unutilized services. If a client is unable to reach the place of commencement of the tour due to any reason whatsoever, his booking shall be treated as NO SHOW on the tour and 100% cancellation charges would be levied.
